Welcome to KOVEYE2022
The time the LOC had available was rather limited but no attempt
was spared in making this experience an unrivalled one for all our
delegates. Whether we have been successful in this endeavor, we
will find out at the culmination of the event, we are hopeful.
Continuing our past tradition in scientific content or overall
experience, we have introduced new topics and as the day goes by,
you will notice subtle changes which will prove to be welcome
additions to the old tradition. New and interesting concepts have
been added and some old ones were eliminated.
As for food selection, we have been forced to omit many favorites
due to hygiene issues. The “Banquet” has metamorphosed into a
“Vibrant Musical Night with Gala Dinner” as Ladies are a dominant
force in TNOA.
We were forced to become enthusiastic proponents of the Green
initiative as we did not have funds at the beginning. So far, we have
not printed a single flyer or even posted one. The usual custom is to
send 3 rounds of flyers by courier, 1500 at a time. We saved a lot of
money and of course helped our trees. A grateful Mother Earth will
bless us all for this act of ours. Trade partners shall be complimented
for their active participation and financial contribution in spite of the
far too many conferences post COVID relaxations.
The theme of KOVEYE2022 is “Let us help each other- Let us grow
together”. It is my earnest and sincere hope that all of you teach,
learn and enjoy this meeting.
